Role Overview

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives (60%) and operational processes (40%). This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, and behind-the-scenes operations like supply chain coordination.

We are looking for someone who is available for a 6 month full-time internship (school internships/attachments welcome).

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing

Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, livestreams and web platforms.

Research and engage with influencers aligned with LIKKA’s brand.

Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution.

Operations & Coordination

Daily operation - order fulfilment, inventory organization and management.

Assist in supply chain operations, including coordinating with shipping companies and tracking deliveries.

General Support

Assist with photoshoots, graphic design, and video editing as needed.

Support with sampling clothing designs
