Salon Receptionist

Miin Hair, a premium Korean hair salon in the heart of Orchard, is looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and serve coffee, tea, or water

Attend to clients in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp

Answer questions about our services

Process cashier transactions

Inform customers about new services, promotions, and discounts

Update and maintain customer records

Handle basic filing and paperwork

Requirements

Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and LTVP holders with a valid Letter of Consent. We are unable to sponsor work passes for this role.

Good communication skills in English

Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented

Prior experience as a receptionist, cashier, or in customer service

Salon experience preferred but not required

Working Hours:

5 days per week

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (some days finish earlier depending on appointments)

Salary & Benefits:

$2,200 to $2,700/month, based on experience
