Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of M&E and cleanroom fit-out projects from award through handover. You will manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of M&E/cleanroom construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specification

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower/resource plans

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and regulatory authorities (e.g. BCA, FM Global approvals where applicable)

Manage subcontractors and vendors, including tendering, quotation review, and contract administration

Chair and drive project coordination group (PCG) meetings, tracking action items to closure

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve site issues, and manage variation orders/claims

Ensure compliance with safety, quality (QMS), and statutory requirements

Prepare progress reports and updates for management and clients

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in M&E, cleanroom, or industrial/aerospace facility construction

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field

Familiarity with BCA regulations and cleanroom/M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection) preferred

Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and scheduling skills

Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and QMS documentation

Able to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines

Good communication and leadership skills
