Position: Finance Manager

Location: Loyang

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities

Oversee financial accounting, corporate reporting, taxation, budgeting and management accounting functions.

Manage and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Review consolidated financial statements, business reports, forecasts and financial analysis for management and stakeholders.

Analyse the financial performance of business units and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

Lead the annual budgeting process and present key financial insights to management.

Manage tax computation, tax compliance and resolve tax-related matters to minimise business risks.

Support internal and external audit activities to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.

Review and improve accounting systems, processes and reporting efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting, finance and reporting experience.

Prior supervisory or managerial experience will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and audit processes.

Analytical, meticulous and able to work independently with good business acumen.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
