Procurement Executive (Bugis, Up $3800)

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Full time permanent

Job Description

Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.

Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.

Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.

Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.

Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.

Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers

Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.

Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement

Support NPI (FAI) activities

Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.

Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

Have 3 years relevant working experience

Have Nitec/Diploma
