Architectural Coordinator, Main-Contractor

Support site coordination for Architectural trades, collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site

Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.

Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architectural or related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience.

Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
