Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Plan, organise and manageall aspects of construction projects from conception through to handover andcompletion

2.    Develop and maintaindetailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans, ensuring adherence totimelines and financial targets

3.    Coordinate and superviseall onsite activities, including liaising with contractors, subcontractors,suppliers and labour teams

4.    Monitor project progressand performance against key performance indicators, identifying andimplementing corrective actions as needed

5.    Manage projectdocumentation, including contracts, permits, safety records and compliancerequirements

What we're looking for

1.    Diploma or Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

2.    Minimum 5 years of provenexperience in construction project management within the building andconstruction industry
