Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of projects assigned (Mainly Residential, Buildings, Commercial Projects)
Prepares tender bid documents;
Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers;
Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms;
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies
At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Quantity surveying
Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous
