ACMV Project Manager (Chilled Water Unit)

Lead, manage and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for building/industrial construction projects (requires experience in Chilled Water Unit)

Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for ACMV/Mechanical-system works.

Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity

Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline

Comfortable with 5.5-Days Workweek

Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
