BIM Modeller (Construction/ North or Central Regions)

Responsibilities

Create and update BIM models.

Produce shop drawings from BIM models.

Ensure model accuracy and completeness.

Update design revisions.

Support clash detection and coordination.

Extract quantities and schedules when required.

Maintain BIM data and documentation.

Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.

Requirements

Certificate/qualification in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or related field.

Minimum 4 years’ relevant BIM Modeller experience in Singapore construction projects.

Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
