Partnerships & Fundraising Executive (West)

Plan and execute fundraising initiatives, donor campaigns, and sponsorship activities to support the organisation’s long-term sustainability goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, community groups, and supporters to strengthen engagement and recurring contributions.

Coordinate fundraising events, partnerships, and outreach programmes from planning through implementation and post-event reporting.

Track fundraising performance, maintain accurate donation records, prepare monthly reports, and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

Explore new funding opportunities including grants, collaborations, recurring giving programmes, and donor retention strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

Diploma and above

At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, event coordination, community outreach, or non-profit environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.

Team player who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities concurrently.
