Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in managing HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
