Senior/Project Engineer (Mixed-Use Development)

Coordinate on-site structural and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project timelines.

Liaise with consultants, site representatives, and subcontractors on inspections, technical issues, and work progress.

Work closely with M&E and architectural teams to manage interface coordination across multiple disciplines.

Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, correctly, and efficiently.

Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure teams are working with the latest drawings and information.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

At least 4 years of experience in building construction projects, in mixed-use or large-scale developments.

Familiar with AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.

Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.
