Semiconductor Test Engineer (Advantest V93K/Teradyne UFLEX)

Develop and debug ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products using Advantest V93000 (SmartTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UFLEX platforms.

Collaborate with Design Engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization, failure analysis, and production release activities.

Perform digital vector debugging (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional Test, MBIST) and characterize devices across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.

Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and production optimization while working closely with Product, Quality, Design, and Foundry teams.

Requirements

Degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or silicon validation, with exposure to ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UFLEX.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in test development and device characterization.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
