Technician/Engineering Assistant (Mechanical Technology/Semiconductor, East Region)

Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical process performance and identify process deviations.

Evaluate tool capability and assign suitable tools based on product requirements.

Tune and optimize equipment to maintain mechanical process capability.

Perform post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC evaluations.

Initiate containment and corrective actions for process abnormalities.

Support operations with setup verification and process compliance.

Ensure stable high-volume production while meeting customer specifications.

Assist process engineers with production data collection and testing.

Provide production support and decision-making during critical manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Science.

No experience or Entry level will be considered.
