WSH Senior Manager (A1 Main Contractor/ North Region)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Group TWSH strategy and roadmap.

Establish Group-wide TWSH policies and standards.

Advise Management on TWSH governance and compliance.

Oversee Workplace Safety & Health Management Systems (ISO 45001).

Ensure compliance with WSH legislation and regulations.

Monitor Group safety performance and key safety KPIs.

Lead enterprise-wide safety risk management initiatives.

Oversee risk assessments, SWPs, and permit-to-work systems.

Review high-risk operations and critical safety controls.

Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Promote occupational health and employee well-being programmes.

Foster a strong safety culture through training and engagement.

Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and stakeholder relationships.

Lead, mentor, and develop Group TWSH teams and safety capabilities.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field.

12–15 years of relevant WSH experience.

Minimum 5 years in safety leadership or group-level management role.

Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).

Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification.

ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Fire Safety Manager, ECMO, ECO, or related certifications advantageous.
