Construction Manager (Building Construction/A1 Main Con)

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring cost-effective execution.

Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site activities.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and building regulations.

Monitor project progress, risks, and opportunities, and report updates to the Project Manager.

Maintain proper documentation for changes in specifications, scope, and drawings.

Address delays, site issues, and emergencies promptly.

Monitor productivity and schedule performance, and implement improvements where necessary.

Promote and enforce company safety standards on site.

Manage materials, manpower, equipment, and costs to ensure efficient utilization and minimal wastage.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management for residential, government, or commercial building projects (public and private).
