Sales & Marketing Executive (Property/Real Estate)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets.

Monitor sales performance, pipeline and conversion rates; recommend improvements.

Support sales team management and coordinate with external partners.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR and events.

Manage marketing agencies, vendors and promotional materials.

Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies.

Support property project launches from pre-launch to post-launch stages.

Coordinate project timelines and ensure accuracy of sales and marketing materials.

Manage customer enquiries and maintain relationships with property agents and partners.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.

Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditure tracking.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales and marketing.

Experience in property project launches and collaboration with property agencies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
