Architecture Coordinator (HDB Projects/ North or Central Regions)

Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural drawings and submissions.

Review shop drawings and material submissions.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Coordinate finishes and architectural interfaces.

Resolve site coordination issues.

Monitor architectural work progress.

Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.

Assist with mock-up and sample approvals.

Monitor material procurement and deliveries.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Relevant HDB construction experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD and construction drawings.
