Operations Manager | Healthcare

Job Description:

Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies.

Manage inventory levels, stock control, and demand forecasting.

Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, and vendor performance.

Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams.

Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency.

Coordinate residents’ medical transport arrangements

Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management, and business development initiatives.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Min Diploma in any field

Have relevant experience in healthcare for at least 7 years
