Process Improvement Specialist [Regional | $3500 | MNC] RRKC

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support process improvement initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East (APMEA) region.

You will work closely with regional and country teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive Lean/Six Sigma projects, and promote a continuous improvement culture across SG&A functions.

Job Summary:

12 Months Contract

Up to $3,500/month

Key Responsibilities

Support continuous improvement projects across SG&A functions.

Analyse business processes, workflows and data to identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct process analysis, value stream mapping and problem-solving activities.

Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.

Work with country and regional teams to track project progress, performance and results.

Support PPI/Lean training and awareness activities for employees and leaders.

Promote a continuous improvement culture through communications, events and sharing of success stories.

Manage and maintain regional PPI resources, knowledge databases, newsletters and recognition programmes.

Support the administration and use of digital improvement tools such as Dploy and EPPIC.

Role Requirements

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Digitally savvy with good Microsoft 365 skills.

Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and data analysis.

Knowledge of data visualisation and project management is an advantage.

Comfortable working with regional and cross-functional teams.
