Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Coordination

Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors for resolution

Ensure compliance with project design intent and construction standards

Project Support

Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations

Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules

Support site inspections and quality control activities

Documentation & Records

Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines

Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input

Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field

2–5 years of experience in construction projects

Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods
