Job Summary

8-Months Maternity Contract

Woodlands (walking distance from MRT)

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Up to $5,500 per Month

Job Responsibilities

Manage monthly closing activities related to cost accounting and inventory.

Prepare and maintain standard costing and cost-related reports.

Perform cost and variance analysis and investigate significant variances.

Perform inventory reconciliation and support inventory accuracy.

Support cycle count and physical inventory activities.

Work closely with Production, Procurement and Finance teams to monitor and improve costs.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and business decisions.

Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Support continuous improvement of costing and inventory processes.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing costing is preferred.

Hands-on experience with standard costing, variance analysis and inventory management.

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with cycle count programs and physical inventory processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
