PRO cum Site Admin

Job Description:

Provide professional administrative support on site

Generate emails and reports when appropriate

Prepare the daily attendance records of staffs and workers.

Approve time sheet on system

Update staffs and workers movement (medical leave, annual leave, home leave, on course, etc.)

Site Admin / PRO provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues. Site Admin/PRO serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.

Site Admin / PRO duties include maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties.

Site Admin / PRO acts as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.

Arrange driver’s schedule

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Submit Delivery Order with project stamp and QC stamp to HQ by weekly basis, in charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order etc.

Take minutes during meetings and prepare the minutes.

Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines

Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.

Requirements

Minimum GCE “O” Level.

Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment.

Skills required: simple computer skills, understanding words, excel and power point.

Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment

Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress

Attained CRO certificate
