Job Description & Requirements

1.    Develop Training Curriculum: Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior management to develop comprehensive training curriculum for TCM practitioners and spa therapists.

2.    Customize Training Materials: Create and customize training materials, manuals, and resources to support TCM and spa training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and practices.

3.    Conduct Training Sessions: Lead training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on TCM techniques, spa treatments, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

4.    Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and expertise to TCM practitioners and spa therapists, assisting them in mastering TCM modalities, massage techniques, and spa protocols.

5.    Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor and evaluate the quality of TCM and spa services provided by staff members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.

6.    Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in TCM, and innovative spa treatments to continuously enhance training programs and offerings.

7.    Collaborate with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source quality TCM products, spa equipment, and training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.

8.    Compliance and Safety: Ensure that training programs and spa services comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices in TCM and spa industry.

9.    Track Training Effectiveness: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make recommendations for program improvement.

10.                       Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, performance assessments, and certifications, generating reports as needed for management review.
