Senior Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes, standards, and workflows across the project lifecycle.

Develop, maintain, and oversee the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance by all project stakeholders.

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.

Manage BIM activities during the construction stage, including model coordination, clash detection, design reviews, and issue resolution.

Support Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) initiatives.

Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and data integrity to meet project requirements and objectives.

Provide technical guidance and support on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM management experience, with proven experience in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.

At least 3 years of experience managing BIM during the construction stage and/or successful delivery of a Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Certified BIM Management qualification.

Strong understanding of Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.

Proven experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination, preferably on large-scale or complex projects.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM-related software.

Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in fast-paced project environments.
