Procurement Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement activities to drive cost savings and business profitability.

Manage supplier performance, quality, compliance, risk, and ensure reliable supply of materials to support production and OTIF delivery.

Oversee procurement budgets, POs, contracts, and commodity spend, including high-value contracts of SGD 50M+.

Lead and develop the supply chain/procurement team, driving KPIs, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive supplier development, sourcing of engineering components/materials, and compliance with ISO, ESG, trade, and regulatory requirements.

Leverage SAP/Epicor, Excel, e-sourcing, analytics, and AI tools to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum Degree

At least 8–10 years’ procurement experience in manufacturing
