Job Summary

Job Titles: Field Service Engineer (FSE) x 2 / Assistant Engineer, FSE x 2

Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing Equipment

Location: Serangoon, Singapore

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30AM–5:30PM

Salary Package: AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers across Asia.

Performing equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system recovery.

Diagnosing and resolving complex system-level issues in live production environments.

Developing, debugging, and validating application test programmes.

Supporting application board design, assembly, and system validation.

Translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

Supporting system setup, integration, and acceptance testing at customer sites.

Working with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to resolve equipment and system issues.

Driving continuous improvement based on customer feedback and system performance.

Travelling to customer sites across Asia as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.

3+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, field service, or application engineering preferred.

Strong fundamentals in analog/digital electronics, metrology, and semiconductor test systems.

Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage.

Willing to travel and work at customer sites.

Candidates open to both FSE and Assistant Engineer, FSE should clearly indicate this preference.
