Temp Admin (Oct 2026 - April 2027 | Maternity Cover)

Job Details:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster, will provide standby allowance $60 per day)

Location: Paya Lebar MRT

6 months contract (with completion bonus)

Job Scope:

Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts

Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list

Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers

Log order information into the  ERP system (Oracle)

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant experience

Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage

Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

Required to be available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays
