Inpatient Staff Nurse - WCAN

Responsibilities for Inpatient Staff Nurse:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with patients' needs, medical instructions, and hospital policies.

Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred nursing care.

Maintain compliance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and hospital policies.

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Guide and support junior nursing staff and newly joined nurses.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Inpatient Staff Nurse:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.

Previous experience in an acute care hospital is an advantage but not essential.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
