Clinic Assistant - WCAN

Responsibilities for Clinic Assistant:

Perform front-desk duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and handling phone and email enquiries.

Greet patients and ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.

Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures to support quality patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is updated and kept confidential.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate seamless patient care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment in compliance with hygiene standards.

Provide patients with basic medical information and guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications for Clinic Assistant:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.

Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a patient-focused approach.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
