As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting project success through effective contract administration.

Provide strategic advice to project staff on the identification, notification, and preparation of variations, extension of time claims, and associated loss and expense.

Participate in the development of solicitations and assist in drafting all contractual correspondence and project documentation.

Maintain accurate contractual records and documentation, including management of correspondence with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Review project-related correspondence and develop suitable response strategies, advising on commercial and contractual implications.

Ensure all signed contracts are clearly communicated to relevant project teams and provide contract awareness, interpretation, and guidance.

Prepare and submit variations and final accounts in a timely and accurate manner.

Support ISO audits and contribute to the implementation of quality management systems.

Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Preferably have experience in construction
