Job Summary

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing Equipment

Location: Serangoon, Singapore

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30AM–5:30PM

Salary Package: AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the design and development of electrical systems and sub-systems for semiconductor equipment, including power distribution, interlocks, and control systems.

Defining electrical specifications, system architecture, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.

Participating in design reviews to ensure safety, manufacturability, and design compliance.

Performing system integration, testing, and validation of electrical components and sub-systems.

Developing and supporting test setups, fixtures, and validation procedures.

Troubleshooting electrical issues involving wiring, grounding, noise, signal integrity, PCB, I/O, and instrumentation.

Providing engineering support during equipment assembly, qualification, debugging, and customer-site activities.

Coordinating with vendors, contractors, manufacturing, quality, field service, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and engineering processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

2+ years of relevant experience in electrical design, system integration, semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery.

Basic knowledge of AC/DC power distribution, electrical interlocks, control systems, and equipment-level integration.

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly in grounding and signal integrity.

Familiarity with PCB, I/O systems, and instrumentation is an advantage.

Good communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willing to support hands-on integration, debugging, and occasional customer-site activities.
