Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive programme delivery encompassing scope, sequencing, milestones, and quality.

Facilitate prioritisation of programmes and investment planning from inception to outcome realisation.

Serve as the central authority for programme oversight, including governance, risk, and reporting.

Manage dependencies and impacts across digital and operational platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys.

Resolve cross-workstream issues and elevate critical decisions for executive resolution.

Collaborate with support functions and manage external partners to meet agreed objectives.

Foster market readiness and adoption through a common operating model with necessary adaptations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is mandatory.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation, programme delivery, or consulting within regulated industries.

Proven track record of delivering large, multi-workstream programmes in complex environments.

Ability to execute with pace amidst competing priorities and existing workloads.

Strong judgement in managing ambiguous situations, with effective escalation skills.

Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI to effectively communicate with technical teams.

Excellent risk and dependency management, with clear communication skills at executive levels.

Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Recognised certifications in programme delivery or change management are advantageous.
