Data Centre Specialist (Facilities Management) - SPZW

Working hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours

Working location: Serangoon

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable basis)

Salary: UP to $4500 + AL, Birthday Leave, Medical Benefits, AWS!

Monitor and maintain data centre and IT infrastructure, including power, cooling, fire suppression systems, and IT systems performance, with regular environmental checks.

Perform basic troubleshooting, system administration, and support backup, disaster recovery, and incident management activities.

Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, user access, visitor handling, and ensure compliance with physical and IT security policies.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for facility issues, equipment installation, decommissioning, and change management activities.

Maintain proper cable management, facility organisation, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness.

Keep accurate documentation and records, including infrastructure and facility logs, asset tracking, operational reports, and maintenance records.

Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

At least 4 year of relevant working experience in either physical data centre / infrastructure operations (power, cooling, facilities) or IT operations / systems monitoring and support.

Basic knowledge of data centre infrastructure and/or IT systems monitoring and troubleshooting.

Understanding of incident, change, and service request processes, with the ability to follow SOPs and escalation procedures.

Detail-oriented with good documentation, communication, and coordination skills, and able to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
