Accounts Officer
Location: Defu
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3600
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
Quarterly GST preparation
Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
Perform reconciliation between reports
In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
