Sales Manager, Korean Market

Salt Talent Search is hiring a  Korean-speaking Sales Manager  in Singapore.  This role focuses on selling various cloud-based HR solutions by engaging prospective customers, communicating the client’s value proposition, and uncovering business needs to build high-quality sales opportunities.

This is a one year contract role based in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across target accounts in Korea

Engage potential customers through email, phone, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and in-person events

Clearly articulate the client’s value proposition while identifying customer pain points and business needs

Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to generate and qualify opportunities for field sales

Build and manage pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and supporting the relationship between accounts and Account Executives

What We’re Looking For

7+ year of relevant work experience (sales, business development, prospecting, marketing, IT consulting, or high-tech environments preferred)

Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management or Customer Engagement

Native-level Korean, with the ability to manage and communicate with clients in Korea and Korean clients in Singapore.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
