Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding / East)

Job Responsibilities

Handle air and sea freight bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and carriers.

Liaise with air and sea freight carriers to arrange bookings and follow up on shipment matters.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on booking and shipment status.

Prepare and manage sea freight documentation, including booking records and Bills of Lading.

Support the Customer Service team in daily operations and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.

Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to new processes; knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
