Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s overall sales and business development strategy.

Identify and secure new customers, distributors, dealers, corporate accounts, and business partners.

Expand the company’s sales channels for consumer electronics, mobile technology products, accessories, repair services, and other traded products.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, supply arrangements, and major customer contracts.

Establish annual and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product demand, and customer requirements.

Work closely with management on product sourcing, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and market expansion.

Develop new business opportunities in Singapore and regional markets.

Recruit, train, supervise, and manage sales personnel as the business expands.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market analyses, and regular management reports.

Ensure that sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Significant experience in sales, business development, key account management, or commercial management.

Prior experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, telecommunications products, IT products, electronic equipment, wholesale trading, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to develop new markets and generate sales revenue.

Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, corporate customers, or retail channels will be an advantage.

Good understanding of the Singapore and/or regional electronics and technology market.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Commercially driven, independent, and results-oriented.
