Sales Interior Designer

Description

• Attend to customer enquiries on interior design services.
• Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization.
• Base on client requirement, provide consultation on renovation work and costing, prepare proposal and quotation.
• Prepare presentation such as 3D renderings,presentation, mood boards and material boards.
• Oversee and provide coordination to the renovating project site from beginning to end of project.
• Managing various parties involved.
• Good customer service.
• Ensure all design outputs meet rigorous project standards and align with client expectations.

Requirement

• Related working experience
• High Interior Design Conceptualizations
• Good Communication Skills and customer service
• Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated and passionate about interior design with a creative flair
• Strong in presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to read floorplan / furniture detailed drawing
• Ability to multi-task and be meticulous and handle a few projects at the same time
• Teamwork spirit, proactive and be able to lead and work independently
