Job Summary
Lead end-to-end management of FCL export shipments by coordinating bookings and preparing shipping documentation to ensure seamless cargo movement and regulatory compliance
Coordinate vessel operations during port calls to facilitate husbandry services and optimize vessel turnaround times
Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and cargo manifests, to maintain accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations
Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision and timeliness to enhance overall operational efficiency
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams by taking initiative and applying meticulous attention to detail to drive continuous process improvements
Required competencies and certifications
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant system software to support and streamline shipping operations
Communicate shipping information clearly and accurately using strong command of written and spoken English
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
Required relevant working experience in shipping agency and containerized shipments
