Key Account Manager (Gas Compressor) - VTAL

Our client is MNC in Machinery Manufacturing. They are looking for a  Key Account Manager  to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the  West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Key Account Manager:

Drive sales activities for full range of services, including, Valve Services, Spare Parts & Components, Field Services, Component Repair, Engineering Services, Revamps and Upgrades, Monitoring & Diagnostic Solutions, Compressor Technology Training

Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve both company and individual sales objectives.

Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Manage and develop sales agents by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Understand and interpret customer requirements to recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Conduct regular customer visits and travel within the assigned territory to support business development activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.

Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, application support, and customer training.

Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective support and project execution.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Min 5 years of working experience in industrial sales (refinery/petrochemical/chemical).

Experience in after-sales service of gas compressor/rotating equipment
