As a Technology Manager (Insurance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap to align with overall business strategy.

Act as a trusted technology advisor to the CEO and senior management team.

Design and maintain the enterprise technology architecture, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and technologies across the organization.

Drive technology governance and promote best practices throughout the organization.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.

Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring investments deliver measurable business value.

Manage strategic technology vendors and service providers to maintain high service quality and value.

Own and continuously enhance the organization's Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

Ensure all infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and scalable.

Oversee networking, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.

Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning efforts.

Develop and maintain the company's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.

Manage security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.

Drive organization-wide security awareness initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security standards.

Oversee enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP Business One, and Microsoft 365.

Partner with the Head of Applications to enable secure and scalable integrations across internal and third-party platforms.

Establish enterprise integration standards and maintain smooth data flows between business systems.

Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Drive the responsible adoption of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies across the organization.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of technology leadership experience.

Proven track record leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure and Microsoft 365).

Experienced in overseeing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.

Solid experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.
