华文教师的主要工作职责包挂：

负责学前班学生的一日常规，教授拼音、识字、阅读等课程

主班老师负责协调各科老师和家长和孩子的沟通

负责兴趣班的教学、考勤、与家长沟通等事项

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework.

Prepare and implement programs and age-appropriate teaching materials

Keep accurate records of the children’s progress

Communicate with parents about the children’s progress

Render basic first aid as and when necessary

Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment

Be familiar and recognize the company’s policy and standing rules

Key requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum

Excellent communication skills

Strong passion to nurture young children

Able to work as a team, and independently when needed

At least 2 years of experience in similar position
