Position: Operations Manager (Construction / Interior Fit-Out)

Location: Sungei Kadut

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.45am – 6.15pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to S$6,000 + Transport Allowance S$800–S$1,000 + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction and project operations.

Plan manpower, materials, equipment and project resources.

Monitor project schedules and resolve operational delays or constraints.

Coordinate logistics, deliveries, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.

Manage inventory, material usage and stock discrepancies.

Monitor manpower deployment and workforce productivity across projects.

Improve operational processes, SOPs, productivity and cost efficiency.

Coordinate between Singapore operations and overseas production counterparts.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project operations experience.

Strong experience in manpower planning, logistics and inventory/material management.

Experience in process improvement and cost optimisation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is advantageous.

Mandarin proficiency is required for regular communication with overseas production counterparts who primarily communicate in Mandarin.

Own vehicle is advantageous due to work-related travelling.
