Who We Need
Join the team and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to drive smooth day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will:
Provide business leaders with expert HR advice, guidance, and support on best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with government regulations while optimizing internal processes.
How to Succeed
Strong analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and resourceful in managing HR processes and challenges.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) is a plus.
