Inside Sales Executive

Location:  Boon Keng MRT

Salary:  $3,000 – $4,000/month

Performance Bonus:  Eligible

Contract:  1 Year (Renewable)

💼 The Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused  Inside Sales Executive  to join the team. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through excellent after-sales service.

Proactively generate new sales opportunities through  cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.

Build strong knowledge of packaged managed services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Conduct virtual meetings to establish and develop relationships with prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable managed service solutions.

Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline throughout the customer purchasing journey.

Process customer purchase orders and liaise closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

Provide regular sales activity reports, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Arrange face-to-face meetings between prospective customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

Support other ad-hoc sales and operational activities as required.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum  Diploma / Degree  in any discipline.

At least  2 years of experience in sales or account management.

Experience in the  IT / Technology industry  will be an advantage.

Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Good problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
