Job Summary

Deliver professional facial treatments and drive sales of services, products and packages while supportingdaily outlet operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, cleanenvironment and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Perform professional facial and body treatments to meet client skincare needs and enhance satisfaction

Drive sales of services, products and packages by engaging customers and explaining benefits

Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Assist branch manager with daily outlet operations including stock management and appointment scheduling

Collaborate effectively with spa team members to create a seamless and positive customer experience

Maintain outlet safety standards and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

Hold a professional certification in beauty and spa

Demonstrate at least 3 years of sales experience in beauty & spa industry

Exhibit self-motivation to achieve sales targets

Apply strong interpersonal skills to multitask and engage customers effectively

Present a well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
