Logistic Customer Service (Outbound Call) @ Ubi

Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative

Engage and encourage participation.

Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities.

Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.

Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team.

Perform basic data entry and system updates.

Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum N-Level qualification, with relevant work experience preferred.

Comfortable making outbound calls

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with occasional hands-on work.

Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Able to learn and use new systems and applications.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
