🚀 WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 🚀
📍 Work Location: Singapore
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development MANAGER to join our growing team!
💼 Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Generate leads and follow up on potential projects
Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, landscape architects, main contractors and internal teams
Understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable solutions
Follow up on tenders, quotations and project opportunities
Attend site meetings and client meetings when required
Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
Achieve sales and business development targets
✅ Job Requirements
Relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Construction / Landscaping will be an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to build and maintain good client relationships
Proactive, responsible and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Possess a strong interest in sales and business development
Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
